Merru27352 was registered the same day the master was blocked and moved Draft:Ann sheetal that was created by Manpow. GSS (talk|c|em) 15:48, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Just to clarify, the article was first created by the master at Ann Sheetal, and then it was reposted by Manpow under Draft:Ann sheetal possibly in an attempt to game the system by creating the same article under a slightly different title. GSS ^💬 16:45, 20 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

RoySmith - It seems like the timeline is too far apart between the blocking of Annsheetal and the deletion of User:Annsheetal and Ann Sheetal, and the creation of Draft:Ann Sheetal that Manpow made that I could use to assert that Manpow is a sock puppet of Annsheetal (unless other evidence presents itself?) and that this is connected. Although the text is very similar between the deleted user page and article and its draft creation, it's not exactly the same, and errors with formatting and punctuation spacing appeared in the draft creation that the user page and deleted article didn't have... so it wasn't copied and pasted (that I know of). I do have suspicions regarding Aashiq ks, as this user began editing and expanding Ann Sheetal immediately after Annsheetal created it. However, the Aashiq ks account is far beyond stale for us to investigate it now... ~Oshwah~^{(talk) (contribs)} 02:08, 24 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I ran a check, and Merru27352 and Manpow are Unrelated from a technical standpoint. While I understand the source of the suspicion based on the overlap on Ann Sheetal, I agree with Oshwah in that I don't think there is enough evidence to make any further blocks here, so my recommendation would be to close this without further action.
