Here we see the first thing with Hisa that resembles a story. Some explanation. Hisa is from a noble house and was for awhile, one of their assassins. Obviously, as a giant brightly colored lamia, she doesn't exactly blend in well. But she can be surprisingly fast and quiet, along with being able to pretty quickly and quietly subdue most targets. This combined with her friendly socialite exterior, makes most people never suspect a thing, so she is unexpectedly good at it.
