Heatwave is a such a great tune; he's got another track like this called "Trainfire" you might like, too.
Unfortunately I haven't seen DTP live but it's something I'd quite like to do.

I'll check it out although my favorite part of this song is the dreamy chorus so if that's the style that carries over then woo!

I've tried SO hard to get in Devin Townsend but I just can't beyond it's listenable. So many people rave about him and he is the Canadian royal musician but I just can't. Heh, oh well.

Oh snap. I haven't listened to Buxtehude in years. I really enjoy medieval and renaissance era music, been listening to a lot to hear the gradual evolution from plainchant song up to the fully complex symphony orchestra. Motet and organum style songs are so very beautiful to me. I'll be keeping this stuff on rotation I think, so thanks for sharing, dude.

I only just started looking into Buxtehude and the dude is pretty rad. I really like that era of music too for pretty damn well the same reason-- "Alleluia Nativitas" by Perotin is still one of my favourite things.
