Usually motherly, social, great listener. Balanced with opinions and feelings. Reserves judgment unless it's really needed, such as an out-of-line comment or sheer idiocy. Firmly believe it's better to let out emotions, even bad ones, instead of keeping them all bottled up... except for herself, of course.

A small amount of backstory for her is as follows:

I'm going to call the baby variants of Kangaskhans "Rublai", because it fits in with the thematic puns. See, "Kangaskhan" is supposed to be a portmanteau of "kangaroo" and "Genghis Khan", right? Well, I figured that the little ones would be called "joeys" or "roos" or have a name based on that. So then the other half of the name, the Khan part, was puzzling. Until I read about Kublai Khan, one of Genghis's successors. And then it just clicked. Roo + Kublai = Rublai (pronounced ROO-bly).
I explain this, because that's also her family name. And her original Pokémon species. I personally believe in the idea of Pokémon possibly having partial or gradual evolutions when living in the wild (not owned by a trainer), so Saige is like halfway between her Rublai and her Kangaskhan stages. If that makes any sense.

For the Rublai siblings, tragedy struck when they were both littler. Saige basically had to become the mom, the one in charge of the two for some time. It put a damper on her personal goals and aspirations in life, but she's been able to manage a good life for herself and her little bro. Even in spite of his weirdness and broodiness, sometimes.
While Dare is the more adventurous of the pair, Saige can easily be the muscle of the two given her natural strength. She already knows some pretty powerful punching moves like Dizzy Punch and Power-Up Punch (the latter of which she learned... illegally...).
Even with all her strength, she's more gentle and less rambunctious than Dare, as evidenced by her desires to go to medical school and become a nurse assistant at a Pokécenter. Her friends are a bunch of medical students at the local university, which she wants to attend once she can save up enough money; and she's been around to help them on their projects, as well. Even going so far, Dare can attest, as eggsitting for her Chansey and Togekiss friends by carrying the eggs in her pouch.

Hopefully she's likeable too?
