The "EvilModder™" is as real as his other figments of imagination, like McKennzie and the other one I forgot the name of.
Jokes aside, to make an actual IC patch for this game you'd need the DAZ-files he uses to recreate the characters, which nobody has.
You'd have to rebuild them from scratch and they wouldn't look exactly like his characters do.
