Ya’ll were not kidding about the changes at Qua. I went on a weekend day and there were at most 8 guys at one time in the entire spa. The Asian guy with the dark hairpiece that works there is annoying as hell. He does rounds and whips into the Steamroom every 3-5 minutes without fail. He walks in, makes eye contact with every guy in there and then walks out. There are ways to crack down on behavior without ruining a relaxing environment - this is not one of those ways.

They also started playing annoying jazz music instead of traditional spa music across the spa. The issue with the crackdown strategy here is once you become the “gay” spa you don’t un-become the gay spa. Guys will just stop going and they don’t have a different demographic to tap into. I won’t repeat Qua as there are better options around.

Mandalay:
I still feel like this spa is pretty dated. While the tubs, Steamroom, and sauna are in good shape, the fact that they use wrist coil band locker keys instead of codes is annoying as you have to carry the wristband around. The showers here are also a bit dated. This spa tends to attract a geriatric clientele if that’s your thing…majority nude here. Steamroom is still the best spot but gets too hot too quickly.

Aria:
Still good overall. Smaller than the other spas but feels elevated and the attendants are great and not overbearing. Not a cruisy spa overall but depends on the crowd/time of day and still tends to be about 50/50 shorts to nude.

Encore:
I still think this is the best option on the strip. That said, the crowd can be very hit or miss. There tend to be a lot of groups of middle eastern guys in shorts who are either on bachelor parties or group outings. It can get very loud and I haven’t experienced that at any of the other three spas above. In line with Aria with 50/50 shorts to nude.

The only two others I haven’t tried and want to are Waldorf and either Belagio or Park MGM.

MB and Qua still lots of fun and since Qua has 3 hr limit you can do both in the same day (pricey though). Was at Qua today and the new steam room I thought was amazing. Temperature perfect, lots of "steamy" privacy off to the right and in the back (got jacked off twice) with no staff interruptions. A little less crowded than previously but most guys without shorts. MB plenty of action also.
